By-Laws

MEMBERSHIP shall be limited to forty (40) individuals. Prospective members shall be asked to attend as a guest. Prior to extending an invitation to a guest, members should review the guest's qualifications with the Vice-President of Membership and must receive permission to bring the guest. At the end of the meeting, the guest will be asked to leave while the group determines if there is a conflict or objection to the individual's membership. A unanimous agreement of the members present is required for acceptance. It is the inviting member's responsibility to determine the individual's interest in membership.

ATTENDANCE to meetings shall be considered the same as any other business appointment. If an individual is unable to attend, they must notify an officer of the group prior to the meeting. An individual missing three (3) consecutive meetings, or six (6) within any twelve month period without notification and reasonable excuse, shall be asked to resign from the group.

MEETINGS shall be held every Tuesday beginning at 7:30AM until 8:30AM.
